Architect, design, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and Salesforce APIs.
Lead technical design reviews and ensure best practices for security, performance, maintainability, and scalability.
Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-impact solutions aligned with GTM strategy.
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and systems like NetSuite, Workato, Marketo, Logisense, and internal Fastly systems.
Drive engineering best practices — including code review standards, and automated testing — to ensure high-quality releases.
Mentor and guide Salesforce developers, providing technical leadership and code review feedback.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring the platform is optimized for scale and data integrity.
Continuously improve documentation, internal technical knowledge, and operational processes.
Participate in agile ceremonies, release planning, and deployment activities as part of our SDLC.
Be available during core business hours and support the on call rotation managed by your team.
Requirements
7+ years of progressive experience as a Salesforce Developer, Technical Lead, or Architect, with at least 3 years at a senior/staff engineer level.
Expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and Salesforce APIs.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data modeling, security model, and governor limits.
Proven experience implementing Quote-to-Cash and Subscription Management processes in Salesforce (CPQ, Advanced Approvals, Subscription/Contract automation).
Hands-on experience with Workato or similar integration platforms.
Familiarity with NetSuite ERP, Logisense (or other billing platforms), and marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred).
Experience leading end-to-end development projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and rollout.
Knowledge of Salesforce permissions, profiles, sharing rules, and reporting/dashboards.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Gearset, Copado, or equivalent) and Git-based version control.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions to business and technical stakeholders.
We’ll be super impressed if you have: Platform Events, Async Apex, custom metadata types, high-volume data strategies, Platform Developer II/Application Architect/System Architect certifications, Salesforce community contributions, or UI experience using Javascript, HTML and CSS.
