About the role
- Guides the Operations ERP and related applications; defines platform roadmap and priorities across Order to Cash, Operations, SCM, Architecture, Data, Stakeholders.
- Product Management of ERP (JDE, AS400, Oracle Fusion etc.) and Operations (rfSmart, Bottomline, etc.) with integrations to other apps.
- Builds and implements strategies around customer engagement, data insights, and digital channels.
- Manages vendor resources and cross-functional stakeholder relationships; ensures alignment with business goals.
- Maintains ERP/Operations solution architecture documentation; handles upgrades, data migrations, and reporting.
- Oversees security, release updates, and health checks; guides Cloud data architecture for Operations and SCM.
- Leads a team of administrators, developers, analysts, and coordinators; ensures skills development and delivery.
- Seeks continuous improvement, adheres to SDLC and Agile practices; up to 10% travel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with at least one full large scale ERP Implementation.
- Hands on experience in managing IT delivery and support operations of ERP systems e.g. Oracle, Fusion, SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors, JDE etc.
- 5 or more years of experience leading large-scale end-to-end platform implementations and systems consolidations in a fast-paced software business using appropriate SDLC methodologies in an ERP environment (Oracle Fusion, UKG, etc).
- 5 or more years of experience in managing processes for environment management and integrity, security, pipeline management, code integrity, compliance, release management.
- 5 or more years of experience with hands-on experience in cloud platforms (Operations and SCM) with hands-on experience and advanced technical knowledge of configurations and standard practices.
- Experience working with technical and functional resources and following an Agile based delivery methodology.
- Experience with preparing and adhering to a budget.
- Previous experience of having overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending, and implementing change.
- Experience in change management and governance.
- Global workforce management experience.
- up to 10% travel.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of SDLC and agile best practices and techniques.
- Interface and partner with C-level Executives and Senior Management.
- Ability to understand the business, business needs and identify areas that can be optimized.
- Demonstrated ability working on complex issues of diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.
- Ability to think critically, solve problems, make decisions, and build trust across the organization.
- Ability to guide team on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines.
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Translating requirements into technical solutions.
- Having a developer background and skill sets like Java, Python are a huge plus.
