About the role
- Plan and manage overall training schedules and coordinate training programs with project teams
- Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual sessions and prepare training materials for delivery
- Implement a train-the-trainer approach to equip client trainers to train end-users
- Create training materials including video and self-study modules, job aids, user guides, help articles, and presentations
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and project teams on instructional design and update programs based on feedback
- Support training for project staff and testers to ensure software understanding
- Evaluate training effectiveness by collecting and analyzing participant feedback
- Manage multiple training projects and customize training for client needs
- Collaborate with implementation teams, developers, and clients and maintain stakeholder communication
- Additional contributions may include testing coordination, test scenario development, change management activities, and system-related setup (task management, user roles)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Instructional/Curriculum Design, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (technical training or experience in other fields will be considered)
- 3.0 minimum GPA
- Ability to absorb complex technical information and present it in an easy-to-understand format
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Personal qualities of integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm to inspire learners
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in managing projects, organizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
