Salary 💰 $50,240 - $89,375 per year
About the role Support agents and/or clients in sales and supporting administrative account transactions Answer questions and resolve problems and issues via phone or written communication Utilize knowledge of FFS process, products and procedures to answer questions and resolve problems Place outbound calls to engage agents in the sales process and assist with transaction inquiries Assist clients with day-to-day account sales or servicing requests and provide sales/product information Develop knowledge of finance transactional processes for securities, variable life insurance products and broker-dealer services Support coordination of territory coverage and regularly communicate with stakeholders about escalations and opportunities Track telephone contacts and sales progress using internal systems and make follow-up contacts as required Interface with various systems for account lookup, problem resolution and data record keeping Participate in conference calls and staff meetings to report activities, challenges, and accomplishments Identify and share system enhancement and process improvement ideas Provide administrative support to quality review process and perform basic quality checks Ensure policy and process documents are timely updated and published Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Two-year college degree and/or pursuing four-year college degree with background emphasizing finance or economics preferred FINRA Series 6 and 63 required within 90-days of hire Brokerage experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to secure 'buy-in' and convince others regarding best approach Goal oriented team player with a positive attitude Excellent time management skills Strong relationship building Ability to continuously operate a computer for extended periods of time Physical ability to sit or stand for extended periods and occasionally lift 0-10 pounds Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications and location Bonus Opportunity (based on Company and Individual Performance) 401(k) Medical Dental Vision Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts Life Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Parental Leave Tuition Assistance Access to “What we offer” corporate benefits information Copy Applicant Tracking System Keywords Tip: use these terms in your resume and cover letter to boost ATS matches.
