Partners with business teams to design and implement complex data-centric and value-added systems and solutions that enable business outcomes.
Performs work independently or with minimal guidance, depending on task complexity.
Develops complex value-based analytics solutions for quality, business process functionality, or other strategic/data/analytic initiatives.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and establish analytics requirements.
Creates detailed documentation and business plans that address stakeholder needs.
Liaises between IT and Product Management for data solutions.
Trusted business partner working with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify key challenges and work on resolutions with the goal of improving organizational performance.
Uses advanced understanding of data elements, structures, standards typically involved in financial services transactions to adopt and apply standards.
Develops and implements complex enterprise-wide data integration strategies.
Requirements
5-7 years of related experience required.
Demonstrated analytical skills.
Demonstrated problem solving skills.
Proficient in English written and verbal communication skills.
Possesses strong technical aptitude.
Advanced experience with: SQL or similar, dimensional modeling, pipeline orchestration, building data pipelines to transform data, and BI visualizations.
Effective interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence internal and/or external constituents.
Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty.
