About the role
- Manages an assigned territory of core Foremost Independent Agencies
- Prospects and appoints new agencies
- Drives profitable premium growth and achieves financial and operational goals
- Develops and manages agency partnerships
- Acts as the primary relationship between the agency and the company
- Creates, maintains, and executes high quality agency strategies and plans
- Collaborates with field distribution partners to align strategic and tactical components
- Ensures quality of new business flow and overall risk management of individual agency books
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- CIC, CPCU, or insurance licenses preferred
- Minimum five years of field insurance sales and management work experience with progressing responsibility
- Experience achieving consistent profitable premium growth and sales success
- Portfolio management experience
- Valid driver's license
