Full-stack Engineer

• Lead and deliver complex, high-risk software projects involving multiple systems and developers, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, independently designing technical specifications and advising on optimal solutions.

Full Stack Software Engineer

Operations

• Drive expansion of logistics capabilities in systems and processes, learning best practices and implementing new technology or processes
• Physically support the Primary Fulfillment Center and remotely support Logistics Centers within the region
• Coordinate workflows from inbound to outbound across warehouse operations
• Create tools and use analytics to bridge visibility gaps in inbound/outbound volume flows using SQL, Tableau, Excel, and/or Google Suite
• Plan and confirm inbound and outbound appointments with understanding of TMS and dock scheduling tools
• Document and partner with external carriers and internal teams around discrepancies to improve on-time metrics
• Support regional and site leadership with day-of plans, escalations, and project tracking
• Support daily cycle count through virtual setup in WMS and manage intercompany transfer orders (ICTO and TOs)
• Track, verify, communicate, and escalate gaps between established plans and actual execution per site
• Identify “at risk” customer orders and escalate to Transportation, Supply Chain Execution, and Customer Experience teams
• Lead documentation of current-state and future-state business process requirements including data flows, configurations, and reporting needs
• Define, coordinate, and project manage operational improvements balancing time-to-implement and solution sophistication (e.g., MVPs)
• Develop exception reporting to highlight key risk areas and provide KPI visibility
• Identify opportunities to increase automation, simplify, and standardize fulfillment processes
• Act as a cross-functional team player and thought leader partnering with deployment, warehousing, customer experience, and transportation teams

Fulfillment Operations Specialist

Sales Development Rep

• Place outbound calls to farmers to learn about their operations and identify ways that FBN’s crop protection, seed and livestock offerings could benefit the farmers operation or create a positive ROI
• Execute prospecting activities focused on qualifying farmers for a variety of FBN commercial products and follow through with the appropriate sales process
• Independently prioritize your day-to-day execution of the sales of FBN’s services
• Fluently understand and communicate information about crop protection, seed and livestock programs
• Independently qualify leads for sales of multiple product lines, prioritize your sales pipeline, and conduct research on industry and regional market characteristics
• Develop your own sales playbook for overcoming objections when discussing crop protection, seed and livestock products
• Use Salesforce and other SaaS tools to manage, prioritize, and document all interactions and sales processes with farmers
• Proactively provide and seek peer feedback to improve individual and team performance

Account Manager

Company Overview: Farmers Business Network, Inc. (FBN) is a digital marketplace and farmer-to-farmer network empowering family farmers globally, leveraging data, AI and direct-to-farm delivery.
Overview of Position: Must be based in the state of Colorado. Territory Manager will work with farmers and Community Builders to help procure crop inputs (crop protection products, seed, biostimulants), recruit, train and manage Community Builders, support a predetermined territory, recruit farmers, help access FBN Direct for purchasing inputs, and commercialize new products and services.
Responsibilities: Achieve chemical sales goals (gross profit, revenue, etc.).
Recruit, train and develop Community Builder’s to adequately cover the assigned territory.
Understand a grower’s crop input needs throughout the season and forecast based on the seed and chemical projected sales/product needs.
Develop a territory business plan to achieve objectives.
Work with each Community Builder to build a Revenue & Action Plan that defines the goals and sets expectations for the working relationship.
Lead product demonstrations and presentations to Community Builders and farmers.
Promote the collection of (chemical/seed invoices and tags) data from farmer to build a successful crop protection and seed plan customized to the farmer’s needs.
Use Salesforce to manage, prioritize, and document all interactions and sales processes with Community Builders and farmers.
Organize and manage sales events within the territory.
Document and report suggestions from Community Builders and farmers for process improvement.
Represent FBN at various farm industry trade shows/events.
Educate Community Builders and Farmers how to construct orders through FBN’s online platform.

Ability to push and pull up to 75 lbs independently
