About the role
- Define and steward Fable’s brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistency between marketing, product, and internal communications
- Design marketing collateral including social media assets, event branding, one-pagers, presentation decks, sales enablement materials, and video assets
- Partner with product design to bring marketing visuals into the product experience (briefing content, compliance modules, in-product storytelling)
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product and recruiting teams to create assets that engage prospects, customers, and employees
- Support development of an employee and recruiting brand that communicates Fable’s culture and values
- Evolve brand guidelines and systems to scale with the company’s growth
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in brand, visual, or marketing design (preferably in B2B SaaS, security, or adjacent industries)
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity, digital and print collateral, and marketing design
- Ability to work across mediums—web, print, motion, and social—with an eye for cohesive storytelling
- Strong collaboration skills, especially working with marketing, product, and leadership stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with excellent typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills
- Bonus: Experience bridging marketing and product design, or designing recruiting/employer brand campaigns
