Full-stack Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure
• Develop batch and streaming systems for ingesting and processing large-scale data
• Own core components of the data platform (warehouse, lake, orchestration, tooling)
• Implement data modeling, transformation, and versioning frameworks
• Ensure data quality, observability, and reliability across pipelines
• Optimize systems for performance, cost, and scalability
• Build tooling to support reproducible datasets and experimentation

• Design, build, and operate scalable backend and infrastructure systems
• Develop and maintain services that support real-time and batch data processing
• Contribute to core platform components (compute, storage, orchestration, and tooling)
• Improve system reliability, observability, and performance across services and workflows
• Collaborate with data and ML teams to support data ingestion, processing, and production use cases

• Source your own opportunities (cold outreach, events, referrals), qualify leads, demo, negotiate, and close deals.
• Build trusted relationships with security leaders (CISOs, GRC, SecOps) at mid‑market and enterprise organizations.
• Consistently achieve or exceed quotas through proactive pipeline generation, sales execution, and disciplined forecasting.
• Partner with Marketing, SDRs, Product, and Customer Success to refine messaging, craft winning proposals, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Share competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and product ideas to help shape our roadmap and positioning.
• Leverage internal development programs and mentorship to accelerate your own progression—multiple promotions are encouraged for top performers.

User Researcher

• Support and collaborate with other UX researchers on generative and evaluative research with assistive technology users on digital products (such as websites, web-apps, mobile apps and software) on behalf of Fable’s customers
• Identify pain points, preferences, and behaviors surfaced in user interviews and document them in a structured note-taking tool
• Analyze and synthesize research findings to generate actionable insights
• Provide clear and timely project updates to Fable team members
• Maintain internal customer documentation and track deliverables via our project management system
• Collaborate with other Fable support teams to coordinate interviews with participants
