Data Analyst

• Work with business subject matter experts to analyze, validate, and utilize data for consumption by business stakeholders
• Research and understand customer processes and business data needs
• Determine the required data and transformation needs for project deliveries, scope, acceptance, installation and deployment.
• Map business requirements to necessary data architecture changes.
• Responsible for understanding the ETL flow to document data flow throughout the organization
• Use expert SQL skills to provide data extracts as needed to address project and business need
• Collaborate with business and development teams to design, and document analytics dashboards, alerts, and reports

Senior Data Analyst

Manager

• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to provide internal audit, advisory, risk, and control expertise
• Lead operational internal audits to identify and assess risks, evaluate control design, and determine operating effectiveness of controls
• Perform and lead audit assurance and advisory engagements in the execution of the annual internal audit plan by planning, assigning, and supervising the work of audit team (includes both internal audits and limited Sarbanes Oxley Act/Model Audit Rule internal control testing)

• Supports the design, coordination, and delivery of training and development initiatives across the organization.
• Works closely with the Talent Development team, subject matter experts, and business unit leaders to assist in identifying skill gaps, maintaining training resources, and ensuring employees have access to learning opportunities that foster growth.
• Manages logistics, administration, and content development to ensure training programs are engaging, accurate, and effective.
• Reports to the Director, Talent Development, and collaborates closely with business leaders across the organization.

• Lead F&G's investment data strategy and modernization efforts, focusing on data warehouse optimization, strategic data architecture, and analytics generation to support investment decisions and actuarial planning.
• Manage investment data, support ad-hoc data requests, design comprehensive data strategies, and support the data needed to generate cash flows for investments held.
• Oversee a team of analysts and interact with investment strategy, investment risk, investment accounting, actuarial, middle office, treasury, and technology teams, as well as external asset managers.
• Lead investment data warehouse modernization initiatives to improve data accessibility, quality, and processing efficiency.
