• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to provide internal audit, advisory, risk, and control expertise

• Supports the design, coordination, and delivery of training and development initiatives across the organization.
• Works closely with the Talent Development team, subject matter experts, and business unit leaders to assist in identifying skill gaps, maintaining training resources, and ensuring employees have access to learning opportunities that foster growth.
• Manages logistics, administration, and content development to ensure training programs are engaging, accurate, and effective.
• Reports to the Director, Talent Development, and collaborates closely with business leaders across the organization.

• Lead F&G's investment data strategy and modernization efforts, focusing on data warehouse optimization, strategic data architecture, and analytics generation to support investment decisions and actuarial planning.
• Manage investment data, support ad-hoc data requests, design comprehensive data strategies, and support the data needed to generate cash flows for investments held.
• Oversee a team of analysts and interact with investment strategy, investment risk, investment accounting, actuarial, middle office, treasury, and technology teams, as well as external asset managers.
