About the role
- Act as the bridge between stakeholders and product/technology teams.
- Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders (Product, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, Risk, Customer Support).
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Work closely with UX/UI, QA, and Developers to ensure smooth delivery of features and projects.
- Support product backlog management, including prioritization and grooming.
- Perform data-driven analysis to identify trends, customer behaviours, and product performance improvements.
- Participate in UAT planning and execution, ensuring requirements are met.
- Assist in regulatory and compliance-driven initiatives (e.g., MGA, IOM and other jurisdictions, responsible gaming requirements).
- Support ad hoc reporting and analysis for management decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in iGaming, Fintech, or other highly regulated industries.
- Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, documentation, and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with Jira/Confluence (or similar tools).
- Understanding of online gaming platforms (Casino, Sportsbook, Payments, CRM) is an asset.
