About the role

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Analyze customer demographics, behavior, and preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the growth team to identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
- Analyze data to support the development of growth strategies and initiatives.
- Elicit, document, and manage business requirements for revenue, growth, and marketing initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and facilitate workshops to gather requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience in a sales support, marketing, or social media role - internship experience meets this requirement.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
- Ability to create engaging social media content.
- Strong understanding of market research and competitive analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
- Preferred Skills: Experience with social media analytics tools; Knowledge of digital marketing and content creation; Experience in the outsourcing or student employment sector is a plus.
