About the role
- Help customers with answering concrete cybersecurity questions
- Register, classify, and prioritize incoming requests
- Process and track customer support requests to ensure proper resolution
- Keep customers updated on the progress of their requests
- Ensure work instructions and guides remain up to date
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve incidents and requests quickly
- Consult with more experienced colleagues to solve complex problems
Requirements
- Passion and basic knowledge in IT and IT security
- Analytical, customer- and result-focused
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in both English and Dutch, written and spoken. German would be a plus.
- Available for 2 days / week
- Authorized to work in the location where this position is based
