About the role
- Develop good understanding of assigned Independence processes and related tools & databases
- Execute processes in line with standard operating procedures
- Provide additional insights related to assigned projects to improve the output
- Review clients' requests quickly and effectively
- Provide additional support in dedicated projects/task assignments
- Manage and execute internal processes to ensure compliance with auditor independence rules and regulations
- Work with Audit Engagement Teams across EY to complete work programs and assess Independence on an ongoing basis or before entering into a business
- Communicate with clients in a global environment and perform business research and analysis
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable research skills
- Very good analytical skills
- Problem solving and research skills with initiative drive
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage own workflow/priorities
- Ability to manage efficient working relationships with peers and different teams
- Team building approach with ability to cooperate with others and influence workmates
- Attention to details and meeting deadlines
- Ideally: Master degree in economy, business administration or a related field
- Ideally: 1 to 2 years of experience in relevant business research role (highly desired)
- Demonstrate at least intermediate level of MS Office package (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Be able to work virtually and independently
- Good time management and work organization skills
