About the role

Manage and deliver processes, solutions, or projects with a keen focus on quality and effective risk management
Engage in continuous process improvement, identify innovative solutions through research and analysis, and leverage best practices to guide your team and clients
Lead workstream delivery with a focus on program/project management
Actively participate in client working sessions and lead workstream planning, execution, and closure
Support sales opportunities and lead specific RFP responses

A Bachelor's degree in related field of business, Human Resources, or Psychology
Typically, no less than 5 - 7 years of relevant experience with previous, recent experience in top tier consulting organization
Technical skills in change management and experience design
Strong capabilities in communications and engagement strategy and delivery
Analytical skills in behavioral driver analysis and modeling
Experience in leadership and workforce assessment
Knowledge of hybrid workforce strategy
Talent analytics and dashboarding
Coaching and personal development
Team effectiveness and development
Willingness to travel as needed, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with an average of three (3) days per week at a client site or within an EY office.
