About the role
- Provide Level 2 technical support, responding to requests and resolving low-to-medium complexity issues
- Perform system testing and maintenance to ensure proper operation
- Generate management and operational reports
- Address inconsistencies identified by the business area, collaborating to continuously improve processes
Requirements
- Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree)
- Knowledge and experience with: MySQL, Jira, Linux and Linux commands
- Plus: Knowledge and experience with Shell scripting, XML, and LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law)
