Develop and execute a comprehensive pricing strategy that supports revenue growth, margin expansion, and competitive differentiation
Lead a team of five high-achieving pricing professionals, foster a culture of development, continuous learning, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
Build strong relationships with Sales leadership to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with go-to-market plans and client needs
Create best practices for strategic renewals and bundling solutions that maximize client lifetime value and retention
Optimize pricing tools, governance, and analytics to ensure consistency, scalability, and data-driven decision-making
Stay ahead of market trends, competitive pricing, and regulatory changes to inform strategy and maintain agility
Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on pricing-related matters, including deal structuring, discounting frameworks, and monetization strategies
Represent North America within the Global Community of Practice for Strategic Pricing helping create best pricing practices across regions and collaborate on global pricing opportunities
Requirements
10+ years proven leadership experience in Pricing, ideally within a high-growth tech, SaaS, or data platform company
Proven success supporting a diverse portfolio of scaled, product offerings
Track record of building and leading pricing teams that drive measurable business outcomes
Deep understanding of pricing methodologies, value-based pricing, and commercial strategy
Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience leveraging pricing analytics and tools
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management skills and commercial negotiation experience
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing
Bachelor's degree
MBA, or relevant master’s degree preferred
