About the role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive pricing strategy that supports revenue growth, margin expansion, and competitive differentiation
  • Lead a team of five high-achieving pricing professionals, foster a culture of development, continuous learning, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Build strong relationships with Sales leadership to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with go-to-market plans and client needs
  • Create best practices for strategic renewals and bundling solutions that maximize client lifetime value and retention
  • Optimize pricing tools, governance, and analytics to ensure consistency, scalability, and data-driven decision-making
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitive pricing, and regulatory changes to inform strategy and maintain agility
  • Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on pricing-related matters, including deal structuring, discounting frameworks, and monetization strategies
  • Represent North America within the Global Community of Practice for Strategic Pricing helping create best pricing practices across regions and collaborate on global pricing opportunities

Requirements

  • 10+ years proven leadership experience in Pricing, ideally within a high-growth tech, SaaS, or data platform company
  • Proven success supporting a diverse portfolio of scaled, product offerings
  • Track record of building and leading pricing teams that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Deep understanding of pricing methodologies, value-based pricing, and commercial strategy
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience leveraging pricing analytics and tools
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management skills and commercial negotiation experience
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing
  • Bachelor's degree
  • MBA, or relevant master’s degree preferred
