- Oversee delivery of products, ensuring timeliness, quality, and budget adherence.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality digital solutions to clients.
- Develop, implement, and optimize processes for project management and service delivery.
- Build and enhance professional services functions and product offerings.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to ensure smooth project transitions and client satisfaction.
- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to shape overall business strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and leading teams.
- 10+ years of experience in large-scale delivery programs, at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services and solutions, cloud provider systems and hyperscaling.
- Expertise in modern product development frameworks, agile methodologies, and cutting-edge technologies.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate complex challenges.
- Track record of successful project delivery in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience in developing and scaling professional services and delivery offerings.
- Exceptional customer-facing communication skills.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Machine Learning.
