About the role

lead the technical architecture of our Data Normalization and Enrichment services
architect and own the real-time systems that transform raw security logs into structured, enriched data
drive the technical strategy for enriching data, integrating threat intelligence and contextual information
collaborate closely with detection and response engineers to deliver data that empowers them
mentor other engineers and set standards for performant, resilient, scalable data transformation systems

10+ years of professional software engineering experience
professional experience developing in Go and/or Python
expertise in real-time data processing and stream-based architectures (e.g., Kafka, Flink, Beam)
strong understanding of data serialization formats (e.g., Avro, Protobuf)
proven experience with data modeling
familiarity with common information models like OCSF
hands-on experience with cloud and data technologies like Google Cloud (BigQuery, Pub/Sub) or AWS equivalents
ability to lead through influence and communicate complex ideas clearly
