About the role
- Execute the full lifecycle recruitment process for GTM hires
- Partner with various managers at Expel to actively and passively seek out and hire the very best people at all levels
- Review resumes and conduct exceptional first round interviews
- Instill a positive impression of Expel in candidates
- Ensure our approach to recruiting fosters diversity & inclusion
- Guide our hiring managers in understanding the skills, traits and experiences needed
- Effectively qualify high performing people and share the opportunity we have for them
- Build out talent networks and tap knowledgeable industry sources
Requirements
- 5+ years experience full life cycle sales recruiting in a software, platform, or technology environment
- Firm understanding of GTM business functions
- Ability to understand candidate personas for specific roles and build corresponding targeted sourcing strategies
- Strong active listening and communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Familiarity with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System
- Experience recruiting for cybersecurity roles is a significant advantage
- Ability to pull and apply data to improve processes
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalently compelling series of life experiences
