Partner with US client recruiting teams by sourcing and prequalifying candidates for specific requisitions (Medical, Engineering, Technical, Construction, and Legal).
Generate candidate interest through email outreach, LinkedIn messaging, job postings, and other creative sourcing strategies.
Pre-qualify candidates by profiling, assessing interest level, and conducting initial phone/email screens.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and US clients, ensuring clear communication and scheduling.
Maintain and update candidate records in ATS, LinkedIn Projects, and other databases.
Continuously explore new methods of sourcing and connecting with a diverse pool of candidates.
Collect, organize, and update candidate information from online databases, referrals, and internal tools.
Conduct candidate phone interviews to evaluate suitability for open roles.
Create, edit, and post job descriptions on job boards tailored to US market requirements.
Perform administrative support as needed to ensure smooth recruiting operations.
Requirements
At least 3 years of recruiting experience
Minimum 1 year handling US-based candidates
Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
Comfortable using different recruiting platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS
Willing to work graveyard or early morning shifts to align with US time zones (weekends off)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
