Lead full cycle recruiting and on-boarding for a growing manufacturing business.
Work closely with hiring managers to bring top talent to CPI Card Group through recruiting active and passive candidates.
Source, interview, and fill non-exempt positions.
Develop new strategies and programs to attract candidates while building relationships with hiring managers and HR partners.
Build a sourcing pipeline of candidates for the site’s non-exempt roles through job boards, passive searches, employee referrals, and community events.
Conduct resume reviews, video interviews, phone screens and in-person interviews for site’s exempt and non-exempt roles.
Lead on-boarding activities for new hires and conducts new hire orientation; ensures timely hand-offs to hiring manager and solicits feedback on the on-boarding process.
Achieve time to fill metrics, new hire retention, and leader satisfaction feedback surveys.
Requirements
Two or more years recruiting experience with high volume recruiting
Bilingual preferred
Strong computer skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point)
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). ICIMS is a plus.
Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects, priorities and time sensitive deadlines, while maintaining strict confidentiality.
