Account Manager

• Take ownership of a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers
• Develop and deliver strategic account plans that support customer and business objectives
• Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions and seniority levels
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and create new commercial opportunities
• Manage the full sales cycle, from solution discussions through to contract renewal and expansion
• Lead commercial conversations and negotiations that deliver value for both customers and the business
• Demonstrate the value of products and services through engaging customer discussions and presentations
• Work closely with Customer Success, Product and Marketing teams to create a seamless customer experience

• Help create strong operational foundations that support compliance, enhance the employee experience and enable the effective use of technology and AI within the People function.
• Play a key role in strengthening and modernising HR function by improving data accuracy, embedding consistent people processes and supporting employees and managers with day-to-day HR guidance.
• Deliver responsive and professional support through the HR inbox, ensuring queries are managed efficiently and consistently.
• Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to employees and managers on a wide range of people-related queries.
• Support the review, development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Help identify and address gaps in policy documentation, ensuring compliance and consistency.
