People Advisor – FTC 12 months
ExpanaPeople Advisor at Expana helping to strengthen HR function and enhance employee experience during transformation. Responsible for HR administration and delivering employee support in a hybrid role.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help create strong operational foundations that support compliance, enhance the employee experience and enable the effective use of technology and AI within the People function.
- Play a key role in strengthening and modernising HR function by improving data accuracy, embedding consistent people processes and supporting employees and managers with day-to-day HR guidance.
- Deliver responsive and professional support through the HR inbox, ensuring queries are managed efficiently and consistently.
- Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to employees and managers on a wide range of people-related queries.
- Support the review, development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Help identify and address gaps in policy documentation, ensuring compliance and consistency.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in an HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, People Assistant or People Advisor role.
- Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience managing confidential employee information and records.
- Understanding of HR processes and employment documentation.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- A customer-focused approach with the confidence to support employees and managers professionally.
