About the role
- Clarify training needs with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop training programs and paths tailored to operational roles
- Design and update training materials for trainers and learners
- Collaborate with the Talent Development team to create learning modules
- Deliver training sessions to Exotec employees and international partners
- Stay up to date on products, processes, and deployment methods by working with internal teams and visiting customer sites
- Evaluate training outcomes and implement improvements based on feedback and performance
- Continuously enhance training content using innovative teaching methods
- Contribute to other tasks relevant to the role and its scope
- Empower teams and partners to deploy and operate Exotec's warehouse robotic systems
Requirements
- A degree in engineering, ideally with a focus on industrial engineering or logistics
- At least 2 years of experience in technical training, with a passion for sharing knowledge
- A proactive mindset and a drive to tackle challenges and exceed expectations
- Familiarity with the logistics sector, or a strong curiosity to dive into it
- A desire to be part of a fast-growing company shaping the future of robotics
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
