About the role
- Proactively generate new client business through research, calling and networking
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and strengthen client relationships with new and existing clients
- Resolve any issues to maintain and strengthen client trust
- Support the successful onboarding of new clients
- Utilise internal systems to report on and analyse trends in sales data
- Join a fast-growing FinTech team where ideas are welcomed and can impact company growth
Requirements
- Proven success in proactively managing accounts and building successful long-term relationships with clients, preferably in Finance, FinTech, Platforms, Wealth Management or Financial Advice
- Ability to multitask, excellent planning and organisational skills
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Analytical, with strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritise and make clear decisions
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong team player with excellent people skills
- Capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment
