About the role

  • Proactively generate new client business through research, calling and networking
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and strengthen client relationships with new and existing clients
  • Resolve any issues to maintain and strengthen client trust
  • Support the successful onboarding of new clients
  • Utilise internal systems to report on and analyse trends in sales data

Requirements

  • Proven success in proactively managing accounts and building successful long-term relationships with clients, preferably in Finance, FinTech, Platforms, Wealth Management or Financial Advice
  • Ability to multitask, excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Analytical, with strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritise and make clear decisions
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong team player with excellent people skills
  • Capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen to get stuck in
