Requirements
0-1 year related work experience in Onboarding processing with scope in:**-Requirements gathering, tracking submitted documents, chasing of pending requirements**-Reporting experience for documents status**-Basic knowledge and experience in back-end HR : Background check process, Statutory process, HR relations policy, **-Basic knowledge and experience in local Compliance policy and international Compliance policy.**-Basic knowlegdge and exposure in facilitating HR audits and any similar experience pertaing compliance.**-MS Outlook: Compose email and ability to articulate thoughts into a formal email writing**-MS Teams: Online scheduling meetings internal and outside Compliance Team**-Data gathering and presenting the data to a small - medium group of audience**-Basic MS Excel functions (PVOT, VLOOOK UP, Graphs and Data Analysis Tool),knowledge on the parts of an Excel, and short cut keys. **-Basic experience in HRIS, ATS, or other HR tools
