About the role
- Lead and manage the recruitment team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality candidates for critical roles
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to attract top-tier candidates across the organization
- Partner with business leaders and HR partners to understand hiring needs and build robust talent pipelines for current and future openings
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and selecting candidates
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process
- Utilize data-driven insights to monitor recruitment metrics, identify trends, and make informed decisions
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and develop professionally
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, incorporating them into the team’s strategies and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years focused on Leadership role in the BPO setting
- Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing recruitment teams
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and employer branding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
