  • Create New Hire for BandE1 (Permanent - Non-Sales) and convert candidate to employee
  • Trigger integration to Dayforce (HRIS/payroll) as part of onboarding
  • Manage semi-monthly payroll setup, annual salary, annual bonus and joining bonus details
  • Configure equity and compensation details for new hires
