About the role
- Create New Hire for BandE1 (Permanent - Non-Sales) and convert candidate to employee
- Trigger integration to Dayforce (HRIS/payroll) as part of onboarding
- Manage semi-monthly payroll setup, annual salary, annual bonus and joining bonus details
- Configure equity and compensation details for new hires
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Must be located in California (candidate home state)
- No visa sponsorship / must not require immigration clause (no visa required)
