Shape and execute the go-to-market strategy for EXL’s Advertising offerings, positioning data-driven services and capabilities as outcome-based solutions.
Build and scale a dual-shore global Ad Ops organization delivering campaign trafficking, QA, pacing, discrepancy management, yield optimization, and reporting.
Integrate EXL’s Data & AI strengths to drive automation and innovation, including trafficking workflows, anomaly detection, pacing alerts, forecasting, and billing/reconciliation.
Develop and enforce SOPs, playbooks, and governance frameworks across leading ad tech platforms such as Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, Operative One, and others.
Partner with senior client stakeholders to define roadmaps, align on revenue and KPI goals, and deliver measurable impact.
Lead client pursuits by identifying needs, mapping them to EXL capabilities, and developing winning proposals.
Requirements
10+ years in Media/Advertising services, with 5+ years leading Ad Ops/Programmatic/Revenue Ops delivery at scale (consulting, publisher, advertiser, agency, or managed services).
Strong understanding of ad servers/tech: FreeWheel, SpringServe, Google Ad Manager (GAM 360), or similar.
Strong understanding of programmatic platforms: DSPs/SSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Magnite, PubMatic.
Strong understanding of order management systems: Operative One, Placements.io, or equivalents.
Knowledge of ad formats and trafficking for display/video, including VAST, VPAID, and interactive formats.
Experience building and managing global delivery teams, designing SOPs, and enforcing SLA-driven performance.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven, analytical mindset and the ability to orchestrate end-to-end solutions.
