About the role
- Identify and analyze international markets with demand for remote talent, focusing on industries and regions with growth potential
- Develop and implement strategies to attract international clients requiring recruitment services for remote positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring satisfaction with services
- Handle contract negotiations with new clients in the UK, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and fostering long-term partnerships
- Provide regular updates on business development activities, including progress reports and market feedback
- Act as UK Sales Representative for a South African recruitment agency facilitating remote work opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years in business development, preferably within the recruitment industry or related sectors
- Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Deep understanding of international recruitment dynamics
- Established connections with international companies or experience in global markets (preferred)
- Ability to navigate different cultural contexts and business practices (preferred)
- Self-motivation and initiative in driving business growth and achieving targets (preferred)
