About the role
- Lead the sales team covering the territories on the west region of the United States
- Coach and mentor each member of the sales team
- Add the right talent to the team to continue to grow revenue
- Bring discipline to the team for market knowledge, forecasting, and closing deals
- Lead the creation and oversight of Go To Market plans
- Identify and develop strategic relationships with top regional partners
- Develop, manage, and oversee plans for partner enrichment
- Lead the regional partner recruitment and partner development program
- Attend selected events or conferences to network with partners
- Build strong relationships with vendor leaders
Requirements
- 12+ years in sales or partnerships roles
- At least 5+ years in a leadership position
- Proactive, self-motivated sales professional
- Strong networking skill set and ability to build relationships
- Strong written, communication, and presentation skills
- Deep contacts with key decision makers in Cybersecurity
- Experience with outbound lead generation
- Experience using a CRM tool to track sales pipeline
