Security Engineer

• Manage and maintain EXA’s information security team and program
• Maintain cybersecurity capabilities, processes, and technologies, continuously improving them as required
• Work with infrastructure and application teams to understand the technology landscape and align it with EXA Infrastructure’s security posture
• Deliver the existing cybersecurity program and present evidence for management awareness and regulatory scrutiny
• Oversee a small team responsible for security monitoring, incident management, and security technology engineering
• Maintain policies securing sensitive data and ensure information security and compliance requirements are met

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing US sales team
• Establish a sales operating rhythm covering 1:1s, pipeline management, forecasting, account planning and performance development

Accountant

• Responsible for resolving complex lease accounting issues and ensuring compliance with IFRS 16 standards within Oracle ERP system.
• End-to-end IFRS 16 lease accounting — ROU assets and lease liabilities across multi-currency lease portfolios.
• Foreign exchange translation and remeasurement of lease balances (IAS 21) across cross-border entities.
• Lease structures tied to infrastructure sharing/pooling arrangements — duct, tower, and network infrastructure leases, IRUs, and co-location contracts.
• Lease modifications, disposals, reassessments, and ARO provisioning.
• Partnering with legal, network ops, and treasury teams on new leases and contract changes.
• IFRS 16 disclosures — maturity profiles, ROU roll-forwards, discount rate sensitivity.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing activities for lease accounting.
• Prepare a reconciliation between Cost of sales to Leases reconciliation.
• Assist with internal and external audits related to lease accounting.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies regarding lease accounting.

• Ensure proper Network Projects Support and clean Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRMs) and Network Inventory Systems
• Leads Administration and Inventory of Network Services and related process flows – New, Change Order, Disconnect in all CRMs
• Leads simple Network Projects
• Manage New, Change Order and Disconnect Network services pipeline with guidance and support from Project Managers in all CRMs
• Create, administrate, and coordinate provisioning of new Network Services in CRMs, Network Inventory Systems and with vendors
