Serve as the primary point of contact for turf and ornamental clients, including golf courses, sports fields, municipalities, and commercial properties.
Provide expert guidance on product selection, application timing, and integrated pest management strategies.
Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet revenue goals.
Conduct site visits, diagnose plant health issues, and recommend tailored solutions.
Build long-term relationships with clients through trust, responsiveness, and results.
Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes.
Field-based, full-time role requiring travel within the Dallas/Fort Worth market.
Requirements
Senior Level - 5 Years or More Turf and Ornamental Agronomics Category Experience.
Proven experience in turfgrass management, horticulture, agronomy, or a related field.
Strong sales and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage an assigned market.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the market.
Bonus: Certified Crop Advisor (CCA), pesticide applicator license, or similar credentials.
