About the role
- Manage 10–20 key accounts and grow revenue across your region.
- Develop seasonal sales plans and product forecasts.
- Recommend agronomic and sports field solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Support branches with customer visits, product displays, and promotions.
- Educate branch staff and customers on sports field products and best practices.
- Represent the company at industry events and regional organizations.
- Collaborate with Divisional and Regional Managers on strategy and service.
- Ensure product availability through accurate forecasting and inventory planning.
- Submit activity and performance reports to leadership.
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and strategic solutions.
- Participate in ongoing training through Ewing University and development plans.
- Stay current with industry trends and maintain a professional social media presence.
Requirements
- Senior Level - 5 Years or More in the Turf & Ornamental Category Experience.
- Experience in Sports Field category is preferred.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage an assigned market.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the market.
