About the role
- Own and prioritize the development team backlog to ensure high-value delivery
- Write, refine, and prioritize epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with the development team during Iteration planning, stand-ups, and reviews to clarify requirements and address questions
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring deliverables meet their needs and expectations
- Accept completed user stories, ensuring they meet the Definition of Done
- Collaborate with the Product Management and Program Management teams to align team backlog with program-level goals
- Monitor and analyse product performance metrics, providing feedback for improvement
- Translate product strategy into actionable concepts and detailed requirements, scoping activities based on customer demand and business needs
- Leverage product expertise to communicate effectively across stakeholders
- Forge close relationships with engineering squads based internationally and support Fusion platform deployment into target markets
Requirements
- Solid understanding of Agile principles and the Product Owner role within Scaled Agile
- Proven ability to write clear and concise epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams
- Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with product planning processes and customer-centric development approaches
- Fluent in English
- Experience in a Scaled Agile environment (e.g., Scrum@Scale, SAFe) (preferred)
- Familiarity with product tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar (preferred)
- Familiarity with vehicle finance and enabling API services (preferred)
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CSPO, SAFe POPM) (preferred)
