Partner with regional HR Operations and Talent Attraction teams to ensure consistent, competitive, and compliant benefit offerings across all countries where the company operates
Coordinate annual renewals with the company’s global broker, ensuring timely data collection, accurate reporting, and alignment with business priorities
Coordinate with regional HR Operations teams on the design, implementation, and communication of new or enhanced benefits programs globally
Monitor market trends and benchmark data to recommend changes that enhance employee satisfaction, cost-effectiveness, and competitiveness
Act as the central liaison between regional HR teams, Finance, Procurement and external brokers for all benefits-related matters
Facilitate regular updates with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on renewal timelines, policy changes, and benefit enhancements
Provide advisory and support to HR stakeholders on benefits policies, processes, and systems
Manage day-to-day relationships with the global broker and other benefit vendors to ensure service levels are met; review vendor performance and propose improvements
Analyse benefit utilization data and prepare regular reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Conduct joint pay gap and pay equity analysis in partnership with the Compensation Manager
Maintain accurate benefits documentation, cost tracking, and compliance records; support preparation of benefits budgets and forecasts with Finance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with a strong focus on benefits in a global or multi-country environment
Proven experience in vendor management, ideally with a global benefits broker
Experience in benefits renewal cycles, benefits transitions, and international benefits compliance
Experience managing benefits in an employee benefits platform
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and HRIS reporting tools
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple geographies and cultures
Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
