About the role
- Leverage HubSpot expertise and scripting abilities to design, implement, and enhance automation workflows that optimize marketing strategies and operational processes.
- Develop, implement, and optimize HubSpot workflows, email templates, and landing pages to support marketing initiatives.
- Utilize scripting languages to create advanced automation functionalities within the HubSpot platform.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve automation effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of HubSpot with other platforms and tools.
- Stay updated on HubSpot features and industry trends to continuously refine automation processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and founders in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a HubSpot Developer or in a similar role with strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM and marketing tools.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python for automation tasks.
- Experience with automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make.com) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for HubSpot customization.
- Familiarity with API integrations and CRM data management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a team-oriented setting.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, remote work environment.
