Maintain and cultivate the relationship with our largest Technical Innovation Department customer
Own communication with the customer and serve as the liaison between the business and technical aspects of all assigned projects
Ultimately be responsible for all aspects of the development life cycle as it pertains to this customer
Facilitate multiple weekly meetings with the customer
Critically evaluate project requirements and provide technical feedback to the customer
Document project requirements in Monday.com and Azure Dev Ops tickets
Provide level of effort estimates and project scopes to the customer
Maintain project plans ensuring weekly updates on work timelines
Provide quarterly comprehensive reporting on eSkillz work completed
Prepare and facilitate quarterly review and planning sessions for the customer
Track hours across the customer’s eSkillz team ensuring contractual obligations are met
Provide monthly hours reporting to the customer
Plan technical architecture for the customer’s applications, existing and new
Guide other developers working with the customer to ensure consistency
Work collaboratively with, and ultimately be responsible for, the delivery of work from technical consultants handling SSO integrations, mobile application updates, client data migrations, and other work
Build client applications using best practice coding standards
Write and perform test cases on developed work as well as guide eSkillz testers on all work developed for the customer
Handle bug fixes and ongoing maintenance for existing customer applications
Direct Dev Ops engineer on deployments for the customer’s multiple environments
Support Dev Ops engineer on AWS cloud infrastructure, cost optimization, and monitoring and alert systems while ensuring scalability, reliability and security
Produce weekly release notes for all customer environments
Produce product user guides
Create and upload technical documentation to escrow at least quarterly

Leadership skills and a commitment to take complete ownership of all technical aspects pertaining to one main customer
At least 5 years of experience in software engineering
C# and .NET experience
Experience working with AWS, GitHub and/or other similar DevOps and development version control systems.
Extremely strong communicator, experienced with technical documentation and customer relationships
Must be in the United States.
Bonus: Have experience working with Learning Management Systems, particularly Cornerstone or Docebo.
Bonus: Have experience with ISO 27001:2022 certification.
