Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven systems and workflows that improve internal efficiency and accelerate business impact
Build agentic AI applications, multi-model pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and integrations with existing systems
Collaborate with engineers, product designers, and product managers to design, review, and build AI-powered software
Partner with content, marketing, and operations teams to identify and deliver AI-driven workflows that improve efficiency and close knowledge gaps
Architect and implement agentic systems, multi-model pipelines, and evaluation frameworks using modern AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph)
Engage in an agile and iterative workflow to expediently launch new AI functionalities
Improve engineering quality through documentation, experimentation, and establishing best practices for AI development
Monitor, evaluate, and refine AI system performance using benchmarks, evals, and production metrics to ensure reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency
Break down product requirements and research opportunities into manageable technical tasks and roadmaps
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering
At least 1–2 years working directly with AI/ML systems in production
Proficiency with LLM frameworks and libraries (LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent)
Experience with vector databases, RAG pipelines, and evaluation frameworks
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
Experience with containerization (Docker) and APIs
Familiarity with modern backend languages and frameworks (Node.js, Python, or Typescript/NestJS)
Knowledgeable about observability and cost/quality monitoring for AI systems (Datadog, custom dashboards, LLM usage analytics)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to design, implement, and iterate on scalable AI-powered applications and workflows
Exceptional problem-solving skills and experience working in fast-paced startup environments
Nice to have: Experience with multimodal AI (text, vision, audio), model fine-tuning, or benchmarking across multiple LLM providers
