About the role

  • Own the Organic Strategy: Build and execute Everyday Dose’s organic social roadmap across brand, product, and community touchpoints.
  • Lead the Team: Manage and mentor creators, social strategists, and community managers to deliver best-in-class content and engagement.
  • Drive Growth: Grow our organic reach, engagement, and brand love through authentic storytelling, trend adaptation, and data-informed decisions.
  • Content Direction: Oversee ideation, creation, and publishing of high-performing content across channels.
  • Community Management: Cultivate a loyal community that drives advocacy, UGC, and retention.
  • Brand Voice: Ensure all social content aligns with Everyday Dose’s tone. Smart, playful, credible, and human.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Creative, Growth, and Influencer teams to amplify campaigns organically.
  • Trendspotting: Stay plugged into culture, adapt fast, test fearlessly, and lead with creativity.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Measure, analyze, and report on social performance to continuously improve strategy and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience in social media, community, or brand marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience growing a consumer brand’s organic presence (preferably DTC, CPG, or wellness/lifestyle).
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Threads, and emerging platforms. What works, why it works, and how to adapt.
  • Ability to lead both strategy and content execution guiding creators, writers, and designers to bring your vision to life.
  • Fluency in performance metrics (engagement rate, retention, share of voice, follower quality, content ROI).
  • Strong creative instincts and storytelling ability. You understand what makes people stop, share, and care.
  • Experience collaborating with paid media, influencer, and email/CRM teams to create cohesive brand narratives.
  • Skilled in managing agencies, freelancers, and in-house talent.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills; thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
