Requirements
7+ years of progressive experience in enterprise SaaS sales, including significant time in a leadership or senior quota-carrying role.
Proven ability to lead teams that consistently exceed ambitious revenue targets within complex, high-value sales cycles.
Deep understanding of multi-stakeholder sales processes, including prospecting, solution selling, negotiation, and long-term relationship management.
Skilled at using CRM insights (Salesforce proficiency required), analytics, and forecasting to drive performance and optimize team execution.
Adept at developing top-performing sales talent, fostering accountability, and clearly articulating strategy across sales, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
Passionate about understanding customer goals and aligning solutions that deliver measurable impact and long-term value.
Experienced working closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, Product, and Customer Success to drive alignment and maximize outcomes.
