About the role

  • Recruit, train, and mentor Account Executives to meet and exceed individual and team revenue goals.
  • Define and execute the go-to-market plan for enterprise accounts, driving predictable, sustainable growth.
  • Ensure consistency, discipline, and excellence across every stage—from pipeline generation and qualification through negotiation and close.
  • Establish regular pipeline reviews, forecast accuracy, and deal inspection practices to ensure accountability and visibility.
  • Analyze coverage, conversion rates, and deal velocity to identify trends, remove barriers, and accelerate time to close.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff, unified messaging, and customer alignment.
  • Leverage Salesforce and analytics tools to measure performance, identify opportunities, and inform leadership decisions.
  • Continuously refine sales processes, enablement tools, and strategic playbooks to support future expansion.
  • Lead with transparency, integrity, and accountability—motivating your team to deliver exceptional results and customer impact.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in enterprise SaaS sales, including significant time in a leadership or senior quota-carrying role.
  • Proven ability to lead teams that consistently exceed ambitious revenue targets within complex, high-value sales cycles.
  • Deep understanding of multi-stakeholder sales processes, including prospecting, solution selling, negotiation, and long-term relationship management.
  • Skilled at using CRM insights (Salesforce proficiency required), analytics, and forecasting to drive performance and optimize team execution.
  • Adept at developing top-performing sales talent, fostering accountability, and clearly articulating strategy across sales, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
  • Passionate about understanding customer goals and aligning solutions that deliver measurable impact and long-term value.
  • Experienced working closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, Product, and Customer Success to drive alignment and maximize outcomes.
  • Energized by scaling processes, refining playbooks, and driving continuous improvement to accelerate sales performance in a fast-paced environment.
