• Serve as a subject matter expert in modern sourcing strategies, leveraging a variety of tools to identify and engage top talent
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers (typically executive-level), anticipating team needs and ensuring high interview-to-offer conversion rates through thoughtful candidate alignment
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive talent through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable ATS, referral campaigns, and targeted outreach strategies
• Drive inclusive hiring by embedding diversity-focused sourcing practices into every stage of the funnel
• Manage multiple requisitions and pipelines simultaneously, assessing pipeline health, prioritizing efforts, and reallocating focus as business needs evolve
• Develop dynamic talent maps and market insights to inform engagement strategies and workforce planning
• Represent our mission and brand in candidate conversations, and across digital platforms
• Collaborate cross-functionally to refine our value proposition and ensure candidates understand the unique impact of joining our teams

• Summary of Position: The primary responsibility of this role is to support our Sales team specifically for our legal marketing verticals. This is a full-time, 3-month contractor role.
• Position Responsibilities: Manage a full-cycle recruiting requisition load of 5+ positions concurrently, with a focus on Sales recruitment
• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and formulate recruitment strategies that support talent acquisition goals and enhance the candidate experience
• Leverage diverse recruiting methods to attract qualified candidates, emphasizing creative sourcing strategies to build robust candidate pipelines for tough to fill positions
• Facilitate the candidate selection and interview process to deliver a superior hiring experience
• Ensure candidates reflect the company’s mission, vision, and values throughout the recruitment process
• Overcome challenges and communicate effective solutions for process enhancement
• Take ownership of your recruiting responsibilities, autonomously managing priorities, tasks, and projects to efficiently fulfill organizational hiring requirements
• Develop strong candidate pipelines and collaborate closely with hiring managers to distinguish exceptional candidates from adequate ones
