Lead the tactical execution of integrated and digital marketing plans
Maintain a strong understanding of the agency/client relationship
Responsible for developing and incorporating strategic planning skills within the broader scope of account management
Oversee the development of campaigns and project plans
Provide day-to-day support on broader strategic efforts in collaboration with the Account Director
Accountable for identifying and meeting client needs while aligning with internal processes
Lead client presentations
Facilitate internal project meetings
Actively contribute as part of a highly engaged and large account team
Requirements
Strong and applied experience in marketing and advertising, with expertise in digital and print execution
Strong client relations skills with proven customer satisfaction
Proven ability to manage projects to successful and collaborative completion
Written Project Briefs aligned with client assignments/expectations
Able to co-author Creative Briefs and activate internal teams against projects
Experienced with financials/tracking, including estimate reviews, project health, and revenue tracking
A team player – with strong mentoring skills
Maintains professionalism and etiquette with remote meetings
Externally, serves as the client’s point person for small conflict resolution; internally, manages direct conversations with cross-functional team member
