• Drive Revenue Growth & Partnership Expansion
• Recruit new brands and sell advertising placements with strong initiative and commercial focus
• Prospect, negotiate and monetize new partnerships for our Perks platform to expand market reach
• Negotiate commissions and advertising placement proposals that deliver mutual value
• Monitor competitor products, offers and weaknesses and present innovative ideas for sustainable growth
• Maintain existing Perks partners through proactive day-to-day relationship management
• Create excellent relationships with affiliate networks, agencies and direct brands to strengthen our ecosystem
• Deliver the highest level of customer service to partners through exceptional relationship management
• Develop comprehensive understanding of the Perks industry (B2B and B2C) and competitive landscape
• Maintain a robust pipeline including development of new business leads and opportunity tracking
• Lead Perks promotional planning, working closely with Perks team, marketing and customer success managers
• Conduct reporting and analysis of campaign results to optimize performance and demonstrate ROI
• Use data insights to inform strategic decisions and partnership optimization
