About the role
- Lead a pan-European Visual Merchandising program for a major global fashion and sportswear brand
- Own the strategic and operational development of a pan-European client contracted account
- Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders and identify further networking opportunities
- Deliver clear and concise client communications, presentations, and performance reviews
- Oversee day-to-day execution across 35 countries, managing agency and field team output
- Coach country Project Management teams to deliver consistent field operation services across the project
- Drive continuous improvement via data insights and structured reporting (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI)
- Manage the full annual account budget: planning, forecasting, controlling, and invoicing
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in international Key Account Management or Project Management
- Proven track record in managing large-scale, cross-country projects with multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
- Willingness to travel throughout Europe when required
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in PowerBI
