About the role
- Become an Everflow product expert.
- Collaborate with product managers, researchers, designers, writers and developers to develop and iterate on user-centered design solutions.
- Advocate for user needs and ensure that design decisions align with the findings from user research.
- Create wireframes and design mockups that effectively communicate the intended user experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in user experience.
- Contribute to a collaborative and innovative team culture, sharing knowledge and insights to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bilingual in French and English is required
- Excellent communicator with verbal and written skills
- Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent degree (Ex: interaction, graphic design, visual communication, product, etc.)
- 5 to 7 years of practical experience in user experience design and creation of user interfaces
- Excellent understanding of user-centred design practices and a desire to understand user needs
- Demonstrated proficiency in tools such as Figjam, Frigma, Zeplin, Adobe CC, etc.
- Collaborative ability and ability to build positive relationships with cross-departmental teams
- Portfolio demonstrating a diversity of relevant work that encompasses UX expertise, interaction design, creativity and critical thinking
- Comfortable working in ambiguity at times and quickly iterating your way to a well-thought-out solution
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence (an asset)
