Drawing on a wide range of UX research methods – from remote testing and heuristic evaluation to competitor analysis, surveys, and information architecture activities.

Coordinating all aspects of user testing, including recruitment, logistics, and managing external suppliers.
Demonstrable experience moderating one-to-one usability sessions, with training in interviewing techniques being highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of UCD principles and best practices.
Practical experience applying a variety of qualitative and quantitative UX research methods, with clear awareness of their strengths and limitations.
Experience using commercial UX research tools.
Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced, agile environments.
Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills.
Meticulous attention to detail, with reliability and commitment to your role.
Desirable: track record of delivering digital services aligned to recognised standards and design manuals (e.g. GDS).
Desirable: experience working in a consultancy environment, ideally delivering government services.
Desirable: strong awareness of accessibility standards and how to design and test services that are inclusive for all users.
Desirable: experience in another area of user-centred design, such as UX/UI design, business analysis, or service design.
