About the role
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to understand market needs and translate them into usable and valuable solutions.
- Take ownership of the user experience for assigned web applications, projects, or modules within a cross-functional product team.
- Work collaboratively with various colleagues and internal stakeholders to ensure the best possible customer experience.
- Maintain a relentless focus on usability, ensuring our products meet the highest standards to support our customers' businesses.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to continually enhance product usability and effectiveness.
- Champion user-centred design principles throughout the product development process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years proven experience as a UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD.
- Expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset, with a passion for delivering impactful user experiences.
- Experience working in an agile product development environment is preferred.
- A plus would be knowledge in setting up a tracking plan, with an execution preferred in mixpanel.
